Topology of compact convergence on the space of continuous linear maps #
In this file, we define a type alias CompactConvergenceCLM for E →L[𝕜] F,
endowed with the topology of uniform convergence on compact subsets.
More concretely, CompactConvergenceCLM is an abbreviation for
